As part of our commitment to transparency, we're sharing where our governance stands today. YDLC is founder-led with two founding board members seated — a Board Chair and a Treasurer — and is actively recruiting one additional independent board member.
We're showing this stage honestly rather than implying a larger governance structure than exists yet. Full governance detail is on our Trust & Governance page, and our first annual report will be published in Fall 2027.
